C&D Construction LLC renovated our kitchen and dining room. The work included opening a wall between the spaces, new cabinetry, new countertops, soffit removal, electrical etc. Chris the owner came to the 1st consultation with references and provided us with a draft schematic of the renovation within a few days. He came back for a 2nd visit before we decide to go with C&D construction to discuss potential changes in scope. During the 2nd consultation he spent an extra 30 minutes or so to help us explore what was behind our soffits. These 2 visits for free of charge resulted in good revisions of the plan. During this discussion phase and ultimately throughout the project Chris was very responsive to our inquiries and accommodating to any changes in the plans. We interviewed 3 potential contractors and his price was comparable to one of the other contractors and less expensive than the 3rd contractor. We chose C&D construction for the project and are very happy with the results. The project proceeded very closely to the anticipated schedule all the people who worked on the project were professional and punctual.”
